SulatKamay Collective took MSC Main Campus by Storm

Boac, Marinduque -- Published writers,autonomous publishers and grassroots researchers captivated the Marinduque State College students. Campus journalists from the School of Arts and Sciences, School of Secondary Teacher Education, School of Criminal Justice Education, School of Business and Management and even the MSC Laboratory School participated. During the morning session, an overview of Sulat Kamay Writers' Collected was shared by Eustaqio Barbin III. While, Michael Obejera shared his share of doubts and triumphs of autonomous publishing. to wrap things up during the first half, Melissa Gibson shared her ideas on pre-writing and how to use mindmaps.
School of Fisheries students who want to become part of its official publication participated in a weeklong workshop organized by the Marinduque State College School Publication Unit from February 24 28 in celebration of Women's Month. Sulatkamay Writer's organization were invited to facilitate the literary folio production. Taks Barbin and Obej Obejera along with Melissa Gibson discussed poetry, short story and pre-writing respectively at the MSC Gasan Campus.
Campus Journalists from Marinduque State College satellite campus in largest town in Marinduque took part of the literary writing workshop organized by the MSC School Publication Unit. Sulatkamay Collective were invited to share their experiences in putting up a literary organization, autonomous publishing and launching multi-genre output like zines, book and even theatre performance.
