ART INVASION IN MARINDUQUE

“ART INVASION IN MARINDUQUE” is a project proposal which aims to cultivate and promote the field of arts particularly visual arts in the province of marinduque. A project  which utilizes famous marinduque artist inclined in the field of arts. Thus, this famous artist will be the instrument to achieve the project’s goal.  These artists will now then have seminars and workshops to impart knowledge to marinduquenos every weekend. To make it more meaningful and interesting, these artist will teach out of school youths and prisoners/inmates in every municipalities in marinduque. They will also teach interested marinduquenos who want to be a part of the project. They will teach them doing some handicrafts, paintings and any other pieces of arts. 

At the end of the sessions, performers and participants will be required to do any art piece from what they learn. They may weave things, paint and mold clays. These art pieces will be collected and will be displayed for an exhibit. Thjis art pieces will now give rise to the pride of marinduque in the field of arts. Other art pieces such as handicrafts will be sold for economic inclination. As a consequence, different art industries will be built for the sustainable development in the economy of the province. Thus, these will prove that marinduque is not only newly known for ARTS but also in sustaining the good economy of the province.
