A forum and film screening @ Polytechnic University

The Local Autonomous Network, Institute of Social Sciences along with Tau Gamma Fraternity organized this year's Anarkiya Fiesta at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from July 22 to 26. As the country's president delivered his 4th State of the Nation Address dubbed as "report sa mga boss," LAN launched the 2013 A Fiesta through several skills sharing and discussion groups. During the next 5 days: cooking demo, yoga workshop and film screenings were held to engage activists, academics and students from one of the most saturated and densely populated State University in the country. But the culmination of the week-long event was the Anarchist Forum held at PUP main campus' Claro M. Recto hall. Despite the parallel activities, many went and became part of history, hence Anarchism is becoming present in the Philippines and other parts of Asia-Pacific.
