Border Crossing at MSC Sta. Cruz Branch (Pag-asa and Matalaba)

The first week of February we had our first boarder crossing at MSC Sta. Cruz branch. We had a seminar in the morning at Pag-asa, but we are not able to attend it because our professor told us to go directly to our target community so that we can talk to our contact person and we can do an initial report. When we arrive at the Sta. Cruz we went directly to the municipal of Sta. Cruz we get the profile of our target community. After it we went to the seminar in the afternoon at Matalaba. There are two speakers invited Mr. Magturo ang Dr. Panchito Labay. The speakers talked about their articles, Mr Magturo discuss his experience and his job to us, he discuss the publication of AY! MARINDUQUE. While Dr. Panchito Labay discuss his experience abroad. On the Second day of our stay at MSC Sta. Cruz we had our community emersion at baranggay pag-asa and bagong silang, we are able to get the profile of each baranggay and we are able to interview our contact persons. We are accompanied by a studebt from school of elementary education, Lester. Our group are assigned to do a research about dances which is aetana dance, according to our spoke person the aetana dance originate at poblacion Sta. cuz. Our spoke person is a P.E teacher Mrs. Geraldine Rodenas and a retired P.E teacher Mrs. Manzano. On the last day of our stay we had our team building for the universityhood of Mainduque State College.
